Rosewood Pointe is a very new , secure, Asian-styled condo complex
located
close to all the major business districts,and major shopping malls
in Makati. The condo is furnished to a very high standard, with
every facility you will need for a vacation or working stay,
providing a spacious and very affordable alternative to hotels.
The condo has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living
room, three air-conditioned bedrooms with balcony, two with double
bed, and one a single bed. Telephone, Cable TV, video, wi-fi (at clubhouse)
internet in the apartment and music system are provided. Bathroom and bedroom linen
are also provided, and an automatic washing machine is provided on
the roof deck.
We promise you a relaxed and very comfortable stay.

Maid service is available for $15.
Meet and pick up from airport (40 minutes away) is available for
$40. Driver available for $70 per day.

A reservation fee of $100 is required for all weekly bookings.
Cancellation Policy: The reservation fee is not refundable in the
event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out
below.
The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less
than 10 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date
has passed). If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the
right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
For monthly and longer term bookings, rent is payable monthly in
advance.
A Security bond is required of $150 for all weekly rentals, and
$300 for all monthly rentals.
The security bond is fully refundable on departure, following
property inspection for weekly rentals, and following settlement of
all utilities charges (pro rata) for monthly rentals. The cost of an
damage or losses (if incurred) will be deducted from the security
deposit.
