The introductory rate for this condo is $490/week + $20 (final cleaning) including fresh linens and towels, cable TV with many english channels, free WiFi Internet connectivity, 24 hour security, secure subterranean parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes Discounts are available for stays with a duration longer than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments. Booking early is very advisable as we’re already seeing plenty of interest for this object although it only has been online for a few days since it was just finished.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% non refundable downpayment must be made in order to secure the booking.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
A $250 damage deposit must be made which will be fully refunded on the day of departure when returning the keys and nothing is broken.
