Sunset View Lodge is located at Baylys Beach, Northland New Zealand and is situated on the highest point at Baylys Beach with wide panoramic views over the Tasman Sea.
You can watch the surf roll in during the day and be awe struck at the amazing sunsets in the evening. Then drift off to sleep with the soothing sounds of the waves in the background.
Total Relaxation
All our guest suites, except the Toheroa room, open out to the magnificent seaviews of the beach below, listen to the sweet sounds of the waves rolling in onto the pristine beach, as you sit on your own deck reading a good book.
You have the option, subject to availability, of 3 suites on the 2nd floor or 3 suites or a 2 bedroom unit on the 1st floor.
The 2nd floor units have a grander view of the Tasman Sea and wave action while the lower level still has great seaviews.

Sunset View Lodge has been built to create an atmosphere of Peace and Tranquility.
Linen and towels provided, Tea and Coffee making facilities,minibar, sky t.v.in all rooms, and we have a guest bar, a 3 hour fishing trip is available for $150 per couple , with the fresh fish cooked for your dinner at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made over 30 days from commencement of the booking will receive a full refund. Further refunds are available if your booking is replaced. As most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a cancellation at late notice. However, please be assured that we will do our utmost to assist you to replace your booking should a cancellation be necessary. If a successful replacement is made, all your money will be returned. Please note, if the booking was made through an agent, their fees will not be refundable.
Deposit Required:
A deposit of 100% of one night's rate is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure.
