This apartment is located within 200 feet or so, of a very beautiful and little known beach at Burgeaux Bay. Includes a nice day view and a nice night view with great sunsets! All VISIBLE FROM THE TERRACE.
The apartment features four (4) air-conditioned bedrooms, and one (1) air-conditioner for the Kitchen, living and dining rooms. Two (2) bathrooms, television, VCR, stereo, recently upgraded tropical furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. CANCELLATION: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING VIA CERTIFIED US MAIL TO: Renault Roberto Companies, 5016 Alta Drive, Suite One, Las Vegas, Nevada 89107. Certified letter of cancellation must be RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 46 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF ARRIVAL. Rentavillas will refund the sums you have paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 46 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF ARRIVAL, you will forfeit all sums paid, unless Rentavillas is able to find a tenant willing to assume your reservation at the same or greater cost.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
50% of the RENTAL RATE is due WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS of making your reservation. This includes Pet Deposit due, if pets are allowed. FAILURE TO RECEIVE YOUR MONIES WITHIN THE 7-DAY PERIOD MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. The security deposit is due 30 CALENDAR DAYS BEFORE YOUR DATE OF ARRIVAL. Your security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of AFTER the date of DEPARTURE
