In the event that you need to cancel your booking we would be glad to refund all payments with respect to days covered by alternative bookings.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid for a firm reservation and the balance paid not later than 1 weeks from the date of the start of the period booked.
We charge a security deposit of 150 Euros or equivalent against any damage which will be refunded before you leave the apartment in same currency providing everything is in order.
