Bulgarianvillarenters is offering you a self-catering villa in a gated community of 11 houses in Bulgaria. Rental WITH Airport Transfer. On site facilities a large shared swimming pool (7 x 15m) and BBQ with dining area. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels & sun beds provided. Sat-TV. Perfect for families with children, couples and for all those who want to enjoy a holiday away from the mass tourism.
Our holiday villa is located in the village of Bryastovets in a holiday complex of eleven houses with shared swimming pool and BBQ area. The village lies in the skirts of the Balkan mountain and thus offers a beautiful combination of sea and mountain climate.
Only 20mins (19km) to the largest and best known holiday resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can refuel yourself with energy, stroll trough antic alleys, swim in the blue sea or having a delicious meal and refreshing drinks in one of the hundreds pubs, bars and restaurants.
The beaches are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children. All family activities include water parks, water sports, go-kart, cycling, windsurfing, jet skis and bungee jumping.
Car hire is essential. There is and abundance of pubs, restaurants, water sports, horse riding etc available within a 20 km radius. The historic towns of Nessebur and Sozopol are nearby as are the beautiful beaches of Dyuni and Pomorie.
The whole complex is managed professionally by a local company. You will find the house clean and prepared for your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed 1x weekly. Pool is cleaned daily.
Gardens are kept in top condition.

Changeover day is flexible.
Free airport transfer from and to Bourgas Airport. We pick you up from the airport and drive you back at the end of your stay.

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. We accept bookings only of 7 days ore more. A breakage deposit of EUR 100 is required cash at arrival. It will be returned back before your departure back home. To reserve the villa we require 20% of the rental charge on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
The rental price includes following services:
- Airport transfer for 4 people. Larger groups hire additionally a taxi (EUR 15 each direction) or our driver will escort a hire car too.
- Bed linen and towels
- Sun beds
- Swimming poll (shared)
- Water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Change over day is flexible

A refundable breakage deposit of £ 150 is payable in cash at the arrival at the villa and will be returned before you leave the villa.
