It also generates warm air for the 2nd floor. The bathroom and all the other rooms are equipped with electric heaters. You have a fantastic view of the Montafon mountains on the south side from the 100 square meters terrace and the large panoramic windows. You can see the many ski slopes and in summertime the rich meadows with thousands of flowers. This is the ideal surrounding for an unforgettable vacation.
Bartholomäberg-Schruns is the south mountainside above the well known ski village of Schruns. Back in the twenties Ernest Hemmingway used to spend his three-month skiing vacation here. He wrote several pages about it in 'A Movable Feast'. Until today, Schruns is an old-fashioned ski village without concrete in typical Montafon style. You will fall in love with the location.

Directly from the Chalet you can hike roughly 1.5 hours up to Rellseck for a nice brunch or roughly 2 hours up to Christberg, we recommend the Knapperstübli for excellent lamb
